Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

JEERankDaily provides digital services, including access to premium AI rank prediction models and subject-wise analytics. Since our "Pro Predictor" plan grants immediate and unrestricted access to these digital assets upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been accessed.

2. Refunds Eligibility

We may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the service for more than 48 hours and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate transactions, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@jeerankdaily.in within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your transaction ID and the email address used for the account.

4. Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method (Razorpay).

5. Cancellation Policy

Our plans are one-time payments for a specific period (e.g., 11-day challenge). There are no recurring subscriptions. You can choose not to use the service, but cancellation of a one-time payment for a digital good is usually not possible once access has been granted.
